PROJECT VAN FOR SALE: 1963 CHEVROLET CORVAN 95

Up for sale as part of an 80 car collection is a 1963 Chevrolet Corvair Van.   The '63 Corvair Corvan 95 was considered among one of America's first mini van and is super rare with a limited production!  This is a very rare classic car that is only going up in value as time goes on.  You can find this one for sale at Volo Auto Museum in Volo, Illinois for $2500.

In 1961 Chevrolet introduced the Corvair 95 line of light-duty trucks, which used the Corvair driveline and are forward-control, with the driver sitting over the front wheels, as competition for the Volkswagen Type 2. The Greenbrier Sportswagon uses the same body as the “Corvan 95″ panel van with the side windows option, but was marketed as a station wagon and was available with trim and paint options similar to the passenger cars, arguably making it the first American minivan. The “Corvan 95″ model was also built in pickup versions; the Loadside was a fairly typical pickup of the era, except for the rear engine, forward controls, and a pit in the middle of the bed. The popular Rampside, which, as its name implies, has a large fold-down ramp on the side of the pickup bed.  Information about the Corvair courtesy of Hooniverse

Classic Truck find of the Day: 1972 K5 Chevy Blazer 4x4

Here is an all original, unmolested 1972 K5 Chevy Blazer for sale.

They just don't get much better than this, especially at the price.

The 350 engine looks to be original with a 350 automatic transmission.  This Blazer runs and drives very good and the 4x4 works great.

The Blazer, a two-door vehicle, was one of the first trucks of that time to come with air conditioning. It provided front suspensions with coil springs

Additional features include factory tilt wheel and saddle interior.  The rust on this Blazer is only from the chrome strip down,  and the entire truck is very straight.  It is old (38 years) but has been well cared for.

Chevrolet produced 44,266 Blazers in 1972 with a per-vehicle base price of $3,145. The truck weighed 3,677 lbs, with a wheelbase of 104 inches and a 23.5-gallon fuel capacity.

The top is in excellent condition, back lift gate works fine.  The original wheels and hubcaps go with the truck.  If you are looking for a good Blazer to restore or just putz around in, this is the one.

The graphics on the Blazer are referred to as Mod-Bods and were offered by Chevrolet.  These are a somewhat of a rare option package and was also known as "Feathers" and "Sportbird" I believe the one featured on this truck is referred to as "Eagle."

Rarely do you see a Blazer in this good of condition for sale at this price.  Hurry and act fast because this Blazer will be gone soon.
